Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Grammar Dash app ("the App"). The App is provided by Jaime Cueva ("we", "us", or "our"), a sole developer based in Peru.
1. License
We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non‑commercial purposes.
2. Subscriptions and Billing
The App offers auto‑renewable subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
3. Use Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Use the App for unlawful purposes.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except as permitted by law.
- Distribute or resell the App or its content without our permission.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property in the App are owned by us or our licensors.
5. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error‑free or uninterrupted.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Peru, without regard to conflict of law principles.
9. Apple Terms
If you are using the App on an Apple device, you acknowledge that Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the App. Your use of the App must also comply with Apple's terms and policies.
